FAQs and Requirements

• Renters are responsible for any and all damages/repairs

• All renters and passengers must sign a rental agreement, release of liability, and waiver forms.

• You will get wet! Guests may even fall off. Guest should be physically able to pull themselves back up on the Jetski.  Our guides will give a full briefing of the boundaries and restrictions

• It is recommended that guests wear swimming attire

• NOTE: Women who are pregnant are not allowed to participate 

• NOTE: Anyone who have been drinking alcohol or under the influence of alcohol are strictly not allowed to participate

• NOTE: Weather cancellations are determined only by the Company. If company has to cancel due to inclement weather or any other reason, you may reschedule.

FAQ #1: Age Requirement for drivers

Answer: You must be 18+ years old to rent and drive the Jetski.

FAQ #2: Where are we allowed to drive  the jetski?

Answer: For guests safety, we only have certain boundaries on where to drive the Jetski so that the staff incharge for the look out of jetski drivers may see and rescue the guests if anything happens. The boundary of the jetski route is more or less 70 hectares of water.

FAQ #3: Can I jump off the jetski and swim?

Answer: NO. You cannot jump off the jetski and swim. For your safety, you are not allowed to swim in the area due to other jetskis may run you over if you jump off from your jetski.

FAQ #4: I've never rented a jetski, and I can't swim , will I be ok?

Answer: Yes, about 70% of our guests have never operated a jetski and about 50% cannot swim. That's why you will be provided by a Life jacket and we keep  safety monitor who is the life guard trained and is readily accessible to assist our guests if ever they fall off.

FAQ #5: How many people can ride on a jetski?

Answer: Our policy is only (1) one person per Jetski.

Please take note:

• Must be at least aged 18+ to drive the jetski

• You must arrive at the meet up point on time. The speed boat will not wait for late guests

• The activity may be cancelled in cases of bad weather. 

• No refunds will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals
